Community Rules

Our commitment

Tapreelz is committed to providing a safe, respectful, educational, and trustworthy environment where creators, businesses, educators, and communities can share knowledge and engage responsibly. We may update these Community Rules as our Services, technology, and applicable laws evolve.

1. Zero-tolerance: child safety

The safety of children is our highest priority. Tapreelz maintains a zero-tolerance policy for any content or conduct involving the sexual exploitation, abuse, grooming, solicitation, or endangerment of minors. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
• Grooming or attempted grooming
• Sexualization of minors
• Child exploitation
• Trafficking involving minors
• Any content encouraging abuse of children

Violations will result in immediate removal of content, permanent termination of accounts, preservation of relevant records, and reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement as required by applicable law.

2. Illegal & harmful activity

Users may not post, promote, facilitate, or engage in illegal activity, including:

• Criminal activity
• Human trafficking or exploitation
• Fraud, scams, phishing, or financial deception
• Money laundering
• Identity theft
• Sale or promotion of illegal drugs or controlled substances
• Illegal weapons or explosives
• Instructions intended to facilitate criminal activity

3. Violence, threats & dangerous organizations

The following content is prohibited:

• Threats of violence
• Incitement or encouragement of violence
• Graphic or gratuitous violence intended to shock
• Promotion or support of terrorist or violent extremist organizations
• Content encouraging violent criminal behavior

Educational, documentary, historical, or newsworthy content may be permitted when presented with appropriate context.

4. Hate speech, harassment & bullying

Tapreelz does not permit:

• Hate speech directed toward protected groups
• Dehumanizing language
• Incitement of hatred or discrimination
• Harassment
• Bullying
• Stalking
• Coordinated abuse
• Doxxing
• Sharing another person's private information without permission

Protected characteristics include race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, age, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or other characteristics protected under applicable law.

5. Self-harm & dangerous acts

Content that promotes or encourages the following is prohibited:

• Suicide
• Self-harm
• Eating disorders
• Dangerous viral challenges
• Reckless acts likely to result in serious injury

If you or someone you know may be in immediate danger, please contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource.

6. Adult & sexual content

Tapreelz prohibits:

• Pornography
• Sexually explicit material
• Non-consensual intimate imagery
• Sexual exploitation
• Revenge pornography
• Sexual content involving minors
• Content that sexualizes minors in any manner

Educational or medical content may be permitted when presented appropriately and not intended for sexual gratification.

7. Intellectual property

Only upload content that you created or have the legal right to use. You may not:

• Infringe copyrights
• Infringe trademarks
• Circumvent digital rights management (DRM)
• Upload pirated material
• Bypass paywalls without authorization

Repeat copyright offenders may have their accounts permanently terminated in accordance with our Copyright & DMCA Policy.

8. Spam, manipulation & platform integrity

The following are prohibited:

• Spam
• Fake engagement
• Purchased followers, likes, views, or comments
• Bot activity
• Multiple accounts created to evade enforcement
• Malware
• Phishing
• Harmful software
• Unauthorized scraping or harvesting of platform data
• Attempts to compromise the security or operation of Tapreelz

Users may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to another account or exploit security vulnerabilities.

9. Impersonation, deception & AI content

Users may not:

• Impersonate another person
• Misrepresent an organization
• Falsely claim affiliation
• Use deceptive identities
• Spread misinformation that could reasonably result in real-world harm

AI-generated or synthetic content must be clearly disclosed whenever it could reasonably mislead viewers. AI-generated content must comply with all Tapreelz policies and may not be used to:

• Impersonate individuals
• Commit fraud
• Spread harmful misinformation
• Violate another person's rights

10. Eligibility & minors

Users must satisfy the age requirements described in the Tapreelz Terms of Use. Accounts created using false or misleading age information may be suspended or permanently removed. Content that endangers the safety, privacy, or well-being of minors is strictly prohibited.

11. Content review & moderation

Tapreelz uses a combination of:

• User reports
• Automated detection tools
• Human review

to identify potential violations of these Community Rules. Not every reported item results in enforcement action. Each report is evaluated based on available evidence, context, severity, and applicable law.

12. Reporting violations

If you believe content or behavior violates these Community Rules, please report it using the reporting tools available within the platform or contact us at abuse@tapreelz.com. For copyright complaints, please follow our DMCA procedures. Situations involving immediate danger should also be reported to local emergency services.

13. Enforcement & appeals

When these Community Rules are violated, Tapreelz may take one or more of the following actions:

• Remove content
• Restrict platform features
• Remove monetization privileges
• Issue warnings or strikes
• Suspend accounts
• Permanently terminate accounts

Enforcement decisions are based on the severity, frequency, and nature of the violation and may occur with or without prior notice where permitted by law.

Users who believe an enforcement action was made in error may submit an appeal by contacting support@tapreelz.com. Appeals will be reviewed fairly and in good faith.

14. Cooperation with law enforcement

Tapreelz may preserve relevant account information and cooperate with law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, or other governmental entities when required by applicable law or when necessary to investigate credible threats, illegal activity, child safety concerns, fraud, or other serious violations of these Community Rules.

We may disclose information as permitted or required by law to protect the safety of our users, the public, or the integrity of the Tapreelz platform.
